The Team
Uli Fischer, general manager Wiesbaden, Cologne and Berlin
The first
employee of the company. Worked his way up from a camera precision
mechanic, now being general manager of our company. He is juggling with
numbers in order to keep the company running at full speed. Our
motivation to deliver perfect jobs starts here.
Martin Hoehe, general manager cameras, lighting and dollies, Cologne and Berlin
In
1995, the camera assistant was asked by Klaus Pille to manage the
Cologne branch. Coming from the set, he understands all the demands and
needs of the film worker. He keeps close contact to the clients,
suppliers and all freelancers in order to plan all future demands and
upcoming investments.
Wolfgang Damm, senior camera technician, Wiesbaden
The
originally trained toolmaker has worked his way to become an
extraordinary camera technician by numerous workshops at all major lens
and camera manufactures. He is our quality manager, responsible for all
camera gear, repairs and modifications; in charge of all adjustments on
cameras and lenses at all times. He defines our high quality standards.
Christian Hilgart, MA, rental manager cameras, lighting and dollies, Cologne
Since may 2008 in charge of our Cologne branch. Before joining us, he was rental manager in a big german camera rental and camera manufacture company.
Marc Burgstaller, rental manager, Berlin
He started his career at Pillle in 1997 and moved on to post production at VCC Berlin. Rejoined us in july 2010 and is responsible for our Berlin Branch.
Wolfgang Krippendorf, camera technician, Cologne
A
precision mechanic, trained at Nikon, Arri and Zeiss and a specialist
on all measuring instruments. He is our expert on videolenses and
videocameras. Since 1998 he is in charge of service and repair in our
Cologne branch.
Hubert Reinartz, camera technician, Cologne
Our
“senior“, a mechatronic technician. His special interest photography
directed him to work at rental houses since 1990. Special trainings at
Arri, Sachtler, Zeiss, Sony, Panther, Movietech and Sinar make him a
specialist on all technical queries. He joined our team in october
2006.
Rolf Hertel, lighting and dollies, Wiesbaden
He
joined us in 2001 and the challenge was organizing a 350 square meter
warehouse full of lights and grips. As an electrician craftsman he is
responsible for service, repair and set up. He preps lighting and grip
from a small ENG set up to feature film demands. He also is responsible
for our truck pool.
Frank Schneider, lighting and dollies, Cologne
Since
1999, the qualified electrician is in charge of lighting and dollies
for our Cologne region. He feels best when loading several trucks for
different jobs at the same time. He also takes care of our generator
trucks.
Ilona Reinhardt and Daniela Scotti, accounts department and administration, Wiesbaden
and
Bibiana Lydssan, administration, Cologne
This
team is our backbone. Since 1992, Ilona Reinhardt is in charge of our
bookkeeping. She keeps us updated on the latest turnover and her
overview on finance let us take calculated measures on all future
investments.
Since july 2010, former bank employee Daniela Scotti takes care of invoicing, quotations and all administrative issues.
In
April 2004 saleswoman Bibiana Lydssan joined the team being responsible
for the administration, quotations, planning and invoicing in Cologne.
